fa استقرار مدیریت سیستم حفاظتی (Barrier Management) در سکوهای دریایی پارس جنوبی ایمنی safty پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مقدمه</span></span>: <span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یکی از مهم‌ترین ارکان تولید ایمن و پایدار در بخش صنایع فراساحلی، فعال شدن صحیح و به موقع سیستم‌های ایمنی و همچنین ‌بروز‌رسانی و رفع کمبودهای تجهیزات ایمنی سکوهای دریایی می‌باشد. </span></span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">با توجه به توسعه و پیشرفت صنایع فرایندی بالاخص سکوهای دریایی منطقه پارس جنوبی که سهم عمده‌ای در اقتصاد کشور دارند، بررسی دقیق و جامع کلیه نواقص و مشکلات سیستم‌های حفاظتی و رفع این نواقص و مشکلات سیستم‌ها و تجهیزات ایمنی سکوهای دریایی حایز اهمیت می‌باشد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش بررسی</span></span>: <span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">این مطالعه به‌ صورت کاربردی در 19 سکوی دریایی پارس جنوبی در سال 1396 انجام شد. </span></span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">جهت بررسی </span></span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">وضعیت </span></span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">سیستم حفاظتی، ماتریسی شامل 16 ‌سیستم و تجهیزات ایمنی</span></span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> در دو گروه اصلی</span></span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> عملیاتی و </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">HSE</span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> طراحی گردید. سپس </span></span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">شرایط سکوها در سه وضعیت بحرانی، نامطلوب و ایمن بودن موانع با توجه به سیستم‌های حفاظتی مشخص گردید. برای نمایش بهتر وضعیت موانع از رنگ‌ نیز استفاده گردید.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">: برای نمونه، وضعیت مانع حفاظتی </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">ESD</span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> در یکی از سکوها در بخش نگهداری واحد عملیاتی نشان می‌دهد وضعیت موانع حفاظتی به ‌صورت 6 مانع ایمن، 13 مانع نامطلوب و یک مورد مانع بحرانی گزارش گردید. وضعیت کلی سکوها در طی یک‌سال به ترتیب 12 مورد بحرانی، 103 مورد نامطلوب و 45 مورد ایمن در واحد عملیاتی بوده است.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">: مطالعه حاضر جز مطالعات وسیع مدیریت موانع با تاکید بر سیستم‌ها و تجهیزات ایمنی در سکوهای دریایی می‌باشد. این مطالعه با تاکید</span></span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> بر شناسایی و پیگیری نواقص موجود در سیستم‌های حفاظتی برای افزایش قابلیت اطمینان </span></span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">عملکرد اجرا گردید </span></span></span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">تا وضعیت سیستم‌های ایمنی بررسی و در صورت نیاز اقدامات لازم برای رفع نواقص بحرانی و نامطلوب انجام شود.</span></span></span> Introduction: The correct functionality of safety systems along with updating and fixing the safety barriers for offshore platforms are the most important components of safe and sustainable production in the offshore industry. Due to considerable development of process industry, specifically South Pars offshore platforms which have an important role in the economy of Iran, a thorough and comprehensive review of all defects and problems of the protective systems and fixing them are very important.<br> Methods: This applied study has been done at 19 South Pars platforms in 2017. To check the status of the protective, a matrix containing 16 systems and safety equipment in two main operating and HSE groups were designed. . The status of platforms were determined (critical, undesirable and safety of barriers) considering the protective systems. Colors have also been used to better illustrate the barrier status.<br> Results: For instance, the protective barrier status of the ESD at one of platforms in the maintenance department of the operational unit shows that the protective barrier status is including 6safety barriers, 13 undesirable barriers, and one critical barrier. The total status of the platforms during one year has been 12 critical cases, 103 undesirable cases and 45 safety cases at the operational unit.<br> Conclusion: This study was based on extensive studies of barrier management focusing on systems and the safety equipment of offshore platforms.
