fa اندازه گیری شدت روشنایی مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان اهواز و مقایسه آن با مقادیر استاندارد در سال 1396 The Intensity of Elementary Schools' Lighting in Ahvaz City Compared with the Standard Values in 2017 ایمنی safty كاربردي Applicable مقدمه: روشنایی مطلوب از فاکتور های اساسی در فضاهای آموزشی می باشد، بدیهی است که در صورت نامساعد بودن میزان روشنایی در مدارس طیف وسیعی از آسیب ها ی اسکلتی عضلانی، بینایی، عصبی و یادگیری برای دانش آموزان ایجاد می گردد. لذا این مطالعه با هدف سنجش شدت روشنایی مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان اهواز و مقایسه با میزان استاندارد انجام گرفته است. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی - مقطعی بوده که در مدارس ابتدایی ناحیه شرق شهرستان اهواز اجرا گردید و در هر مدرسه با نمونه گیری طبقه ای تعدادی کلاس و راهرو انتخاب و اندازه گیری شدت روشنایی عمومی با استفاده از روش شبکه ای صورت گرفت. از دستگاه سنجش شدت روشنایی 1339Tes  جهت اندازه گیری روشنایی عمومی و موضعی استفاده گردید. پس از گرد آوری اطلاعات آنالیز داده ها با نرم افزار Excel انجام گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که متوسط شدت روشنایی عمومی در 75 درصد کلاس ها و 5/62 درصد راهروها کمتر از حد استاندارد توصیه شده است. از لحاظ وضعیت روشنایی مدارس دخترانه در مقایسه با مدارس پسرانه در وضعیت نامطلوب قرار داشتند. همچنین سنجش روشنایی موضعی بر روی تخته و میز نشان داد که تنها 5/12 درصد کلاس ها از وضعیت مناسب برخوردارند. نتیجه گیری: چیدمان نامناسب و معیوب بودن اغلب سیستم های روشنایی منجر به توزیع غیریکنواخت روشنایی در مدارس شده است. بنابراین در راستای ارتقای سطح سلامت و نیز یادگیری دانش آموزان، اصلاح سیستم های روشنایی جهت دستیابی به روشنایی مناسب مطابق با مقادیر استاندارد در مدارس پیشنهاد می گردد. Introduction: Desirable lighting is of the main factors in educational spaces. It is clear that schools with inadequate lighting cause great musculoskeletal injuries, vision problems, neurological and learning problems in students. Therefore, this study aimed to measure the lighting intensity of elementary schools in Ahvaz city and to compare it with the standard values in 2017. Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out among the elementary schools in the eastern area of Ahvaz. A number of classes and halls were selected from each school by cluster sampling method. Then, the intensity of general lighting was measured using a network method. The 1339 Tes brightness measuring instrument was used to measure the general and local illumination. Finally, data were analyzed by Excel software. Results: The results showed that the average brightness intensity was lower than the recommended standard in 75 percent of classes and 62.5 percent of  halls. In terms of lighting conditions, girls' schools were more undesirable compared with boys' schools. Moreover, measurement of localized lighting on boards and tables showed that only 12.5 percent of classrooms had a good condition. Conclusion: The inappropriate and faulty sources of lighting systems have led to a non-uniform distribution of lighting in schools.
