fa ارزیابی وضعیت ایمنی و بهداشت آزمایشگاه های آموزشی و تحقیقاتی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز بر اساس رویکرد ELMERI ایمنی safty پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">: رعایت اصول ایمنی در آزمایشگاه های آموزشی و تحقیقاتی از اهمیت ویژه ای جهت حفاظت از محققین و دانشجویان برخوردار است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی وضعیت ایمنی و بهداشت آزمایشگاه های آموزشی و تحقیقاتی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز صورت گرفت.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش بررسی</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">: این مطالعه توصیفی-</span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقطعی در سال 1397 در 34 آزمایشگاه آموزشی و تحقیقاتی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز انجام شد. آزمایشگاه ها با نمونه گیری خوشه ای به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. بدین منظور بر اساس رویکرد شاخص </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">ELMERI</span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">وضعیت ایمنی و بهداشت آزمایشگاه های مورد مطالعه با 59 سوال در 9 حیطه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. در نهایت شاخص ایمنی آزمایشگاه (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">LSI</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) در هر آزمایشگاه به صورت درصد و با استفاده از میانگین و انحراف معیار در نرم افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">SPSS₁₆</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> بدست آمد و بیان شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته ها</span></span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">: میانگین شاخص ایمنی آزمایشگاه در تمامی آزمایشگاه های مورد بررسی 35/10</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">62/77 درصد محاسبه شد. بالاترین و پایین ترین درصد امتیازات (میانگین</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> انحراف معیار) به ترتیب در حیطه ایمنی فردی (86/46</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">12/89 درصد) و مدیریت واکنش شرایط اضطراری (46/72</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">35/53 درصد) بود. مابقی حطیه های مورد بررسی در دسته بندی خوب ارزیابی شدند.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه گیری</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">: مطابق نتایج وضعیت کلی ایمنی آزمایشگاه های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز در سطح خوب می باشد. با این حال حیطه مدیریت واکنش در شرایط اضطراری ضعیف بوده و ضروری است اقدامات لازم از جمله بررسی تمامی سیستم های خروج اضطراری، تدوین دستورالعمل و آموزش شرایط اضطرار، طراحی درب خروج اضطراری و رعایت الزامات مسیرهای خروج اضطراری مناسب با شرایط آزمایشگاه</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&shy;</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ها به عمل آید. </span></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction</strong>: Observation of the safety principles in educational and research laboratories is very important to protect the researchers and students. This study was conducted to investigate the safety and health status of the educational and research laboratories in Shiraz University of Medical Sciences<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional study was conducted in 34 educational and research laboratories of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in 2013. In this regard, the safety and health status of the studied laboratories was studied based on the ELMERI Indicator. This indicator consists of 59 items in nine dimensions including electrical safety, fire safety, building safety, emergency response management, chemical safety, individual safety, device and equipment safety, waste management, and safety management. Finally, the Laboratory Safety Index (LSI) was calculated in percentage using the mean and standard deviation by SPSS ₁₆ in each laboratory<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> The mean of LSI was 77.62 &plusmn; 10.35 percent in all the studied laboratories. The highest and the lowest percentages of LSI score were in individual safety (89.46 &plusmn; 12.86%) and emergency response management (53.72 &plusmn; 35.46%) dimensions, respectively<span dir="RTL">.</span> The other dimensions were classified to have good status.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to the results, the overall status of safety and health was good in the studied laboratories. However, in the dimension of emergency response management, the status of laboratories was unacceptable. So, required measures should be taken in this regard.
