fa مقایسه آگاهی از مدیریت مواجهه شغلی در دانشجویان پرستاری، مامایی و اتاق عمل كاربردي Applicable <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">مقدمه:</span></strong> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">مواجهه شغلی با وسایل نوک تیز آلوده، اغلب هنگام ترانسفوزیون خون و فرآورده‌های خونی، نمونه‌گیری، دفع سوزن و جمع‌آوری وسایل نوک تیز آلوده، رخ می‌دهند. دانشجویان به دلیل تجربه کاری کمتر و مهارت‌های عملی پایین‌تر آسیب‌پذیرتر می‌باشند. </span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">این مطالعه به‌منظور تعیین و مقایسه آگاهی از مدیریت مواجهه شغلی در دانشجویان پرستاری، مامایی و اتاق عمل صورت گرفته است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">روش بررسی:</span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی</span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">-</span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی است که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌بندی‌شده بر روی 221 نفر از دانشجویان پرستاری، مامایی و اتاق عمل در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 انجام شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل مشخصات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه</span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">آگاهی از مدیریت مواجهه شغلی بود. اطلاعات با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">SPSS₁₈</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> مورد تجزیه</span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">‌و تحلیل قرار گرفت</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> نتایج نشان داد که میانگین نمره آگاهی از مدیریت مواجه شغلی بین دانشجویان پرستاری، مامایی و اتاق عمل تفاوت معنی دار نداشت (435/0=</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">P-value</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">). همچنین نتایج نشان داد که بین سن و ترم تحصیلی دانشجویان مقاطع پیوسته و نمره آگاهی آن‌ها در مدیریت مواجهه شغلی رابطه مستقیم وجود داشت (001/0></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">P-value</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">).</span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> نتایج مطالعه حاکی از آگاهی ضعیف دانشجویان از مدیریت صحیح به هنگام مواجهه شغلی می‌باشد که برای ارتقاء آن نیاز به اقداماتی مانند کارگاه‌های آموزشی در خصوص جنبه‌های پیشگیری از آسیب‌های شغلی، رعایت اصول ایمنی و استانداردهای همه‌جانبه برای دانشجویان اندازه‌گیری دقیق مارکرهای ویروسی و داشتن پرونده بهداشتی به‌طور جداگانه برای هر یک از دانشجویان پیشنهاد می‌شود</span></span></span> <strong>Introduction:</strong> Occupational exposure with polluted sharp equipment usually occurs during procedures such as transfusion of blood and blood products, blood sampling, disposal of needles, and collection of polluted sharp materials. Considering the fact that students have less work experience and lower practical skills, they are more vulnerable to work-related infections. The present study was conducted to determine and compare the awareness of nursing, midwifery, and surgical technology students about occupational exposure management.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study was conducted on 221 students of nursing, midwifery, and surgical technology selected using the stratified random sampling in 2016. Data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire including the students&#39; demographic characteristics and awareness about occupational exposure management. Data were analyzed by SPSS₁₈ using descriptive and analytical statistical tests.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Our findings showed that the mean scores of awareness about occupational exposure management were not significantly different among the nursing, midwifery, and surgical technology students (p value = 0.435). We observed that the students&#39; age and educational level were significantly correlated with their scores of awareness about occupational exposure management (p value < 0.001).<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> Results of the present study indicated poor awareness of the students about in-time management of occupational exposure. Measures such as educational workshops on preventive aspects in occupational exposure, observance of safety principles and comprehensive standards for accurate measurement of viral markers should be taken.
