fa ارزیابی دیدگاه ایمنی، بهداشت و محیط زیست در کارکنان اداری ایمنی safty پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">مقدمه: </span></strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">سیستم مدیریت بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط زیست (</span><span dir="LTR">HSE</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">) امروزه بطور جامع به‌</span> <span style="font-family: b nazanin;">منظور کاهش حوادث، ایجاد محیطی ایمن و افزایش بهره‌وری کارکنان در محیط‌های کاری بکارگرفته می‌شود. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین وضعیت </span><span dir="LTR">HSE</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> از دیدگاه کارکنان اداری و کارشناسان بهداشت حرفه‌ای در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شاهرود بود.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">روش بررسی: </span></strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">این مطالعه یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی است که در آن وضعیت </span><span dir="LTR">HSE</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> از دیدگاه 81 نفر از کارکنان اداری و کارشناسان بهداشت حرفه‌ای مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. وسیله جمع‌آوری اطلاعات یک چک‌لیست محقق ساخته بود که از اقتباس چند چک‌لیست ارائه شده توسط سازمان‌های معتبر، تهیه گردید. اطلاعات با استفاده از آزمون های آماری </span><span dir="LTR">Independent T-test</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> و </span><span dir="LTR">Pearson Correlation</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> و نرم افزار </span><span dir="LTR">SPSS16</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> آنالیز گردیدند<span style="color: red;">. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">یافته&shy; ها: </span></strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">میانگین اجزای تشکیل دهنده </span><span dir="LTR">HSE</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> از دید کاربر و پرسشگر به ترتیب 15/.</span><span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> 51/. و 15/.</span><span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> 6/. به دست آمد و در این میان ایمنی از دیدگاه کاربر و پرسشگر به ترتیب با میانگین 02/. </span><span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> 50/.و 02/.</span><span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> 49/. دارای بدترین وضعیت و عوامل فیزیکی از دیدگاه کاربر و پرسشگر به ترتیب، با میانگین 02/.</span><span dir="LTR"> &plusmn; </span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">69/. و 02/.&nbsp; </span><span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">72/. بهترین وضعیت را داشت. رابطه معنی&shy; داری بین پاسخ کاربران و پرسشگران به حیطه های ارگونومی و عوامل فیزیکی یافت شد.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;">در مجموع میانگین امتیاز </span><span dir="LTR">HSE</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> پایین بوده و از آنجا که این مطالعه در یکی از واحدهای اداری دانشگاه‌های تابعه وزارت بهداشت که خود متولی یکی از اجزای </span><span dir="LTR">HSE</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> می باشد صورت گرفته است، لازم است توجه بیشتری به</span> <span style="font-family: b nazanin;">&nbsp;اجرا و استقرار مدیریت </span><span dir="LTR">HSE</span><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"> صورت گیرد.</span></span> <strong>Introduction: </strong>Nowadays, health, safety, and environment (HSE) management system is employed and implemented comprehensively in order to reduce accidents, create a safe environment and increase workers&#39; productivity in workplaces. The aim of this study was to determine the condition of HSE at Shahroud University of Medical Sciences.<br> <strong>M</strong><strong>ethod</strong><strong>s</strong>: This cross-sectional study evaluated the status of HSE at office environment from the perspective of 81 staffs and occupational hygienist<span dir="RTL"> .</span>Data collection tools consisted of a self-made checklist adapted from the provided checklists by the authoritative organizations. Data were analyzed using SPSS₁₆ statistical software through descriptive statistics and statistical tests including Pearson correlation and independent T-test.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>HSE components&#39; average from users and interviewers&#39; perspectives were 0.51&plusmn;0.15 and 0.6 &plusmn;0.15, respectively. Safety had the worst situation form participants&#39; perspective with average 0.499&plusmn;0.02 and 0.489&plusmn;0.02, respectively. However, the best situation was attributed to the physical agents section with an average of 0.69&plusmn;0.028 and 0.72&plusmn;0.025, respectively.
