fa بررسی ارتباط بین جو ایمنی و رفتار ایمن در مجتمع پتروشیمی اراک در سال 1397 HSE HSE پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مقدمه</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">به منظور بهبود سطح ایمنی و کنترل حوادث در محیط های کاری بررسی سطح جو ایمنی و رفتار ایمن ضروری می باشد. هدف این مطالعه ارزیابی جو ایمنی و رفتار ایمن در بین افراد شاغل در مجتمع پتروشیمی اراک بود.&nbsp; </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش بررسی: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">این مطالعه به صورت مقطعی در مجتمع پتروشیمی اراک انجام گرفت. بطوریکه تمام افراد شاغل شامل در این مجتمع بصورت سرشماری (122 نفر) در سال 1397 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. در این مطالعه برای ارزیابی جو ایمنی و رفتار ایمن بترتیب از پرسشنامه&shy;های استاندارد استفاده شد. از نرم افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">SPSS₂₂</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> برای تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج استفاده شد.&nbsp; </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته&shy;ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">براساس نتایج از بین فاکتورهای جو ایمنی، فاکتور کفایت رویه&shy;ها و قوانین ایمنی و بهداشت و فاکتور مشارکت پرسنل در مسائل ایمنی و بهداشت بترتیب دارای بالاترین و پایین&shy;ترین نمره بودند. همچنین از بین فاکتورهای رفتار ایمن، فاکتور مشارکت و فاکتور رعایت ایمنی بترتیب دارای نمره 77/2 و 72/2 بودند. در این مطالعه بین فاکتورهای آموزش و صلاحیت و فشار تولید با گروه&shy;های سنی، بین فاکتورهای فشار تولید و نقض قوانین با سابقه کاری و بین فاکتور آموزش و صلاحیت با وضعیت تاهل، رابطه آماری معنی داری گزارش شد. همچنین بین همه فاکتور جو ایمنی با گروه&shy;های شغلی مورد مطالعه رابطه آماری معنی داری گزارش شد. </span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه گیری</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">: با توجه به وجود ارتباط آماری معنی دار بین جو ایمنی و رفتار ایمن با گروه&shy;های شغلی و مشخصات دموگرافیک، بیانگر لزوم توجه بیشتر و موثرتر به نیروی انسانی در محیط کار می باشد.</span></span></span> <strong>Introduction:</strong> In order to improve the level of safety and control accidents in the workplaces, it is essential to check the level of safety and safe behavior. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the safety climate and safe behavior among the personnel of Arak petrochemical complex.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional study was carried out at Arak Petrochemical Complex in 2018. All personnel of this complex (n = 122) were selected using the census method. In order to assess the safety climate and safe behavior, standard questionnaires were used. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS version 18.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>Among the factors affecting on safety climate, adequacy of health and safety procedures and rules as well as personnel participation in safety and health issues were the highest and lowest scores, respectively. Furthermore, among the factors of safe behavior, participation and safety observance factors received 2.77 and 2.72 scores, respectively. In this study, education, competency, and production pressure factors had a significant relationship with age groups. Moreover, production pressure and violations of rules factors had a significant association with work experience. Education and competency factors were also significantly correlated with marital status.
