fa تصمیم‌سازی راهبردی مدیریت ریسک حریق در مجتمع تجاری آفتاب گرگان با استفاده از مدل هوش مصنوعی HSE HSE كاربردي Applicable <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">چکیده<br> مقدمه: </span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">امروزه مجتمع های تجاری از مهم‌ترین مراکز خرید شهرها ویکی از زیرساخت‌های مهم توسعه شهری، به شمار می‌روند. برای پیشگیری از بروز حوادث و بلایا از جمله آتش‌سوزی این مراکز، ارزیابی و مدیریت آتش، امری ضروری و حیاتی می باشد. چرا که به دلیل افزایش تراکم جمعیت در آن</span></span></span></span><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&lrm;</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ها و کندی دسترسی‌ها به فضای خارج و امن هنگام وقوع حادثه، موجبات افزایش تلفات انسانی و خسارات مالی، فراهم خواهد شد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر،&nbsp; تصمیم سازی راهبردی مدیریت ریسک حریق در مجتمع تجاری آفتاب گرگان با استفاده تز مدل هوش مصنوعی می باشد.</span></span></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در این مطالعه از نوع تحلیل-کاربردی می باشد که ابتدا کلیه مستندات فنی، اعم از ویژگی‌های فنی-کالبدی و شهرسازی، سیستم اعلام و اطفاء مجتمع تجاری تحت مطالعه، بررسی شد. آنگاه مولفه‌های مهم و اثرگذار حاکم بر طرح مزبور شناسایی و با پرسشنامه‌های دلفی، وزن‌دهی و مقایسه زوجی گردیده و سپس با استفاده از ماتریس </span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">SWOT</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">، استراتژی‌های چهارگانه طراحی و تدوین و پس از ترسیم درخت سلسله مراتبی برای مدل‌سازی و تعیین اولویت استراتژی‌ها آماده گردید.</span></span></span></span> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> با توجه به خروجی‌ مدل‌سازی</span></span></span></span><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&lrm;</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">‌ های انجام شده در قالب نرم‌افزارهای</span></span></span></span><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">Matlab</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و </span></span></span></span><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">Neuro-Solution 5</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">، مشخص گردید که در وزن‌دهی و رتبه‌بندی استراتژی‌های هشت‌گانه طراحی شده، فقط یک استراتژی در هر دو مدل هم رتبه (و واجد اولویت یکسان) شده و سایر سناریوها متفاوت بودند. بنابراین تلفیق استراتژی‌ها برای مدیریت ریسک حریق، ضروری تشخیص داده شد.</span></span></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نتایج نشان داد که استراتژی اتخاذ رویکرد مدیریت سیستمی و راهبردی- عملیاتی ریسک حریق در طرح مجتمع تجاری آفتاب (3) گرگان، با اهتمام ویژه نسبت به بهینه سازی فضاهای فیزیکی و سیستم‌های اعلام و اطفاء حریق و همچنین پیاده‌سازی نظام طبقه‌بندی مشاغل و تعالی مستمر نظام </span></span></span></span><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">HSE-MS</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و مدیریت بحران، ایده‌آل‌ترین استراتژی ممکن می‌باشد.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Abstract<span dir="RTL">:</span></strong><br> Introduction: Today, commercial complexes are among the most important shopping centers in cities that account for one of the most important urban development infrastructures. Evaluation and management of fire is essential to prevent accidents and disasters such as fires. Due to the increased population density and slow access to safe and secure outdoor space during the disaster, human casualties and financial losses have increased<span dir="RTL">.</span> The aim of this study was to make strategic decisions in fire risk management in Aftab Gorgan commercial complex using artificial intelligence model.<br> <strong><span dir="LTR">Method:</span></strong><span dir="LTR"> In this study, &nbsp;all technical documentation, including technical-physical and urban properties as well as notification and extinguishing system of the commercial complex under study were investigated. Later, the important and influential components of the design were identified, paired, weighted, and compared using Delphi questionnaires. In the next stage, &nbsp;the SWOT matrix was applied and quadratic strategies were designed and modeled after designing a hierarchical tree to model and prioritize the strategies.</span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> According to the outputs of the performed modeling using Matlab and Neuro-Solution 5 software, we found that in weighting and ranking of the eight designed strategies, only one strategy was ranked (and has equal priority) in both models and other scenarios were different. Therefore, integrating strategies for fire risk management was considered essential.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The findings showed that the strategy of adopting the systematic and strategic-operational management approach of fire risk in Gorgan Aftab 3 Complex design were the most ideal possible strategies.
