fa بررسی و ارتقائ فرهنگ ایمنی از دید فرایند ممیزی با رویکرد PDCA ایمنی safty پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مقدمه</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">: با روند صنعتی شدن راهکارهای زیادی برای کنترل حوادث بیشنهاد گردیده است یکی از بهترین راهکارهای کنترل حوادث، ارتقا و بهبود فرهنگ ایمنی سازمان می باشد. مطالعه حاضر به اندازه گیری فرهنگ ایمنی در بین کارگران کارخانه پروفیل سازی با کمک&nbsp; فرایند ممیزی با رویکرد </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">PDCA </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp;به ارتقای فرهنگ ایمنی پرداخته شده </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">است. </span></span>&nbsp;<br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش برسی</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">: مطالعه‌ی حاضر در مقطع زمانی سه ساله از سالهای 94 تا 97 صورت گرفته و از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی و بررسی قیل و بعد از مداخله بوده است در گام اول فرهنگ ایمنی سازمان مذکور اندازه گیری شد سپس اقدامات کنترلی با دید چرخه دمینگ و رویکرد </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">ممیزی </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">اجرا گردید در سال آخر مجددا فرهنگ ایمنی سازمان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. میزان اثر بخشی مداخلات با استفاده از آزمون های آماری مانند </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">T-test </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">زوجی و نرم افزارهای </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">SPSS₁₉ </span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&nbsp;مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته ها</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">: میانگین نمره فرهنگ ایمنی قبل از مداخلات (33/62</span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">184) منفی برآورد گردید بعد از اجرای اقدامات کنترلی به نمره&nbsp; (38/25 </span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">279) رسیده است و فرهنگ ایمنی سازمان مثبت گردیده است. از ده بعد فرهنگ ایمنی بعد آموزش، نگرش کارکنان، مشارکت و ارتباطات و ارجحیت تولید بر ایمنی نمره مطلوب را کسب ننموده‌اند. آزمون‌های آماری بیانگر تاثیر مثبت مداخلات کنترلی بوده است (0/001</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> P</span><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">=</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">)</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">در سالهای اخیر وجود سیستم مدیریت ایمنی باعث بهبود چشمگیر در کاهش نرخ حوادث و زمان کاری از دست رفته داشته است. در واقع مداخلات ایمنی در طراحی مهندسی و پروسه عملیاتی منجر به ارتقائ</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> فرهنگ ایمنی می گردد.</span></span><br> &nbsp; <table align="center" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" dir="rtl" style="width:642px;" width="642"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width:472px;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> <strong>Regarding the industrialization process, many accident control strategies have been proposed. One of the best solutions to control accidents is to improve the organizations&#39; safety culture.</strong> <strong>The present study investigated the safety culture among profiling factory workers and implemented the</strong> Plan-Do-Check &ndash;Act<strong> (PDCA) approach to promote the safety culture.</strong><br> <strong>Method:</strong> The present study was conducted over three years from 2016 to 2019. In the first step, the safety culture of the organization was measured and then the control measures were taken with a view to the Deming Cycle and the audit process approach. In the final year, the safety culture of the organization was reevaluated. The effectiveness of interventions was evaluated by statistical tests such as paired t-test and SPSS 19 software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The safety culture mean score was negative before intervention (<span dir="RTL">&plusmn;</span>18433.62), which changed into the positive value of 279<span dir="RTL">&plusmn;</span> 25.38 after implementing the control measures. Considering 10 dimensions of the safety culture, dimensions of training, employee attitudes, participation and communication, and product safety priority did not received a good score. Statistical tests showed a positive effect of control interventions (P = 0.001). <h1 dir="LTR"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> In recent years, existence of a safety management system has dramatically improved the rate of accidents and loss of time.
