fa ارتقا فرهنگ ایمنی با کمک تکنیک 4E صنعت فولاد اسفراین در سال 1398 ایمنی safty پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>چکیده</strong><br> <strong>مقدمه:</strong><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"> یکی از راهکارهای ایجاد ایمنی در محیط کار نیاز به&nbsp; ایجاد فرهنگ ایمنی می‌باشد بدین منظور به بررسی و&nbsp; ارتقا فرهنگ ایمنی با کمک تکنیک </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;">E</span></span><span style="color:#0d0d0d;">4 صنعت فولاد اسفراین پرداخته شده است.</span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;">روش کار:</span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"> مطالعه بصورت&nbsp; توصیفی-تحلیلی و مداخله‌ای بوده که به بررسی &nbsp;ارزیابی فرهنگ ایمنی با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه استاندارد </span></span><span style="color:#0d0d0d;">HSE</span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;">پرداخته شده است. سپس به ارتقا فرهنگ&nbsp; 4ایمنی با کمک از تکنیک</span></span><span style="color:#0d0d0d;">E</span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"> استفاده گردید. سپس با استفاده از آماره های آماری و نرم افزارهای</span></span><span style="color:#0d0d0d;">SPSS16</span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"> و</span></span><span style="color:#0d0d0d;">Excel2010</span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"> مورد بررسی و مقایسه قرار گرفته است.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span dir="RTL">یافته‌ها:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> نتایج حاصله‌ از میانگین نمره فرهنگ ایمنی قبل از انجام مداخلات&nbsp; (10/17</span><span dir="RTL">&plusmn;</span><span dir="RTL">326)&nbsp; بوده است که بعد از مداخله 15.8</span><span dir="RTL">&plusmn;</span><span dir="RTL">395 شده است. انجام آزمون آماری تی تست زوجی نشان داد مداخلات جهت بهبود فرهنگ ایمنی موثر بوده است (0/0001</span>=<span dir="RTL">).&nbsp; <span style="color:#0d0d0d;">نتایج نشان داد که تکنیک</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"> 4E از عوامل تاثیر گذار بر بهبود فرهنگ ایمنی می‌باشد. </span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL">بحث ونتیجه‌گیری</span></strong><span dir="RTL">:</span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"> در مجموع یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان داد یکی از ارکان اصلی و مهم در ارتقای فرهنگ ایمنی، مبحث آموزشی آموزشی مداخلات فنی و مشارکتی نیز مورد بررسی می‌باشد که می‌تواند سبب افزایش دانش و مهارت و نگرش مثبت افراد به ایمنی و مسایل ایمنی سازمان گردد.</span></span></span></span></div> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Abstract<br> Introduction</strong>: One of the ways to promote safety in the workplace is creating the safety culture. To this end, safety culture has been studied and promoted with the help of 4E technique in Esfarayen steel industry.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This is a descriptive-analytical and interventional study &nbsp;that evaluated safety culture using the HSE standard questionnaire and then promoted the safety culture with the help of 4 E technique. The results were then studied and compared using the statistical statistics by SPSS16 and Excel2010 software.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Results</strong>: The mean score of safety culture was 326&plusmn;10.17 before and 395&plusmn;15.8 after the intervention. Pair t-test showed that the interventions were effective in improving the safety culture (p = 0/0001). The findings showed that 4E technique is one of the effective factors in improving the safety culture.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: The findings showed that the educational issue of technical and participatory interventions is among the main and important pillars in promoting the safety culture.
