fa بررسی وضعیت دانش، نگرش و عملکرد کارگران خدماتی مترو تهران نسبت به پیشگیری از COVID-19 HSE HSE پژوهشي Research <p style="font-style:normal;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> ویروس کرونا (<span dir="LTR">COVID-۱۹</span>) اخیراً به ‌عنوان یک تهدید جهانی ظاهر شده است. دانش، نگرش و عملکرد کارگران در مورد این بیماری عفونی جدید برای پیشگیری و کنترل آن بسیار مهم است. این مطالعه باهدف تعیین وضعیت دانش، نگرش و عملکرد به دستورالعمل پیشگیری <span dir="LTR">COVID-۱۹</span> و عوامل مؤثر برآن در کارگران خدماتی خط یک مترو تهران در پاییز ۱۳۹۹ انجام ‌شد.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این مطالعه مقطعی (توصیفی &ndash;تحلیلی) بطور سرشماری در ۱۱۳ نفر از کارگران خدماتی-نظافتی خط یک مترو تهران با میانگین و انحراف معیار سنی۵.۴۳&plusmn;۳۵.۳۸در پاییز ۱۳۹۹ انجام شد. <span style="color:black;">ابزارهای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه جمعیت‌شناسی، پرسشنامه ۳۲ سوالی جهت سنجش </span>وضعیت دانش، نگرش و عملکرد به دستورالعمل پیشگیری <span dir="LTR">COVID-۱۹</span> (با روایی و پایایی مطلوب) بود. پاسخ‌ها با گزینه‌های موافق، مخالف، نظری ندارم اندازه‌گیری شد. <span style="color:black;">تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها توسط آزمون‌های تحلیلی نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">SPSS_۲۵</span></span><span style="color:black;"> </span><span style="color:black;">با سطح معنی داری </span><span style="color:black;">۰/۰۵></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">p</span></span><span style="color:black;"> انجام شد.</span><br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> &nbsp;نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که در حیطه دانش، نگرش و عملکرد به ترتیب با %۹/۷۴ ، %۲/۸۳ و %۲/۹۹ افراد شرکت‌کننده در مطالعه در سطح خوبی بودند. نگرش افراد ۳۴-۳۰ ساله اختلاف معنی‌داری با نگرش سایر گروه‌های سنی داشت <span style="color:black;">(</span><span style="color:black;">۰/۰۵></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">p</span></span><span style="color:black;">)</span>. همچنین بین تحصیلات و عملکرد افراد شرکت کننده رابطه مثبت معنی‌داری وجود داشت، افرادی با تحصیلات لیسانس بطور معنی‌دار از عملکرد بهتری نسبت به افراد با تحصیلات پایین‌تر برخوردار بودند <span style="color:black;">(</span>p<<span style="color:black;">۰/۰۵)</span>. فراوانی نسبی عدم ابتلا به <span dir="LTR">COVID-۱۹</span> در افراد شرکت‌کننده در مطالعه از ابتدای شروع این بیماری تا به الان (پاییز ۱۳۹۹) %۱/۶۸ بود.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL">جهت اصلاح باورهای غلط و ارتقای دانش، نگرش و عملکرد در مورد بیمار</span> COVID-۱۹ <span dir="RTL">در جمعیت مورد بررسی، پیشنهاد می‌گردد، آموزش مستمر توسط کارشناسان ایمنی و بهداشت مترو و اطلاع‌رسانی از طریق رسانه‌ها </span><span dir="RTL">انجام شود. </span><span dir="RTL">با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان گفت </span><span dir="RTL">سطح خوب دانش، نگرش و عملکرد کارگران خدماتی- نظافت مترو نسبت به ویروس کووید-۱۹ و</span> <span dir="RTL">توزیع وسایل حفاظت فردی مناسب، ضدعفونی روزانه ایستگاه‌های مترو، ممکن است از علل ابتلا پایین در جمعیت مورد بررسی به بیماری کرونا باشد (تقریبا %۳۰/۰ ) باشد. البته با توجه به وجود برخی از باورهای اشتباه در جمعیت مورد بررسی پیشنهاد می‌شود جهت اصلاح برخی باورهای ناصحیح، بر آموزش‌های لازم جهت رفتارهای پیشگیرانه در پاندمیک تاکید گردد. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>introduction</strong>: Coronavirus (COVID-19) has recently emerged as a global threat. Workers&#39; knowledge, attitudes, and practices about this new infectious disease are crucial to its prevention and control. This study was conducted to the status of knowledge, attitude, and practice was determined according to the COVID-19 prevention guidelines and the factors affecting it in the service workers of Tehran Metro Line 1 in the fall of 2020<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This cross-sectional (descriptive-analytical) study was performed on 113 service-cleaning workers of Tehran Metro Line 1 with a mean and standard deviation of the age of 35.38+_5.43 in the fall of 2020. Data collection tools included a demographic questionnaire and a 32-item questionnaire to assess the status of knowledge, attitude, and practice to the COVID-19 prevention guidelines (with optimal validity and reliability). Answers were measured with pros, cons, no comments. Findings were presented by descriptive and analytical statistics and data analysis was performed by analytical tests of SPSS software version 25 with a significance level of p <0.05.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The results of the study showed that in the field of knowledge, attitude, and practice with 74.9%, 83.2%, and 99.2% of the participants were at a good level, respectively. There was a significant relationship between age and attitude of participants in the study (p <0.05) so that the The attitudes of 30-34 years old were significantly different from the attitudes of other age groups There was also a significant positive relationship between education and performance of participants (p <0.05), people with a bachelor&#39;s degree had better performance<span dir="RTL">.</span> The relative frequency of non-COVID-19 infection in the study participants from the beginning of the disease until now (autumn 1399) was 68.1%.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: In order to correct misconceptions and promote awareness and attitudes of the population of the study about COVID-19 , it is recommended that education and information be provided through the media. The good level of knowledge, attitude, and practice of the service workers - cleaning the subway towards the Covid-19 virus, had caused the incidence of coronary heart disease among them to be almost 30%.
