fa ارزیابی روشنایی مصنوعی در محوطه بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران و رضایت کادر درمان از آن در سال 1400 Evaluation of Artificial Lighting in the Hospitals of Tehran University of Medical Sciences and the Satisfaction of the Medical Staff in 1400 عوامل فیزیکی phisichal factors پژوهشي Research مقدمه: از عوامل مهم در ایمنی و عدم استرس کادر درمان و مراجعین به بیمارستان‌ها در هنگام شب، تأمین روشنایی استاندارد محوطه بیمارستان است. مطالعه حاضر باهدف تعیین میانگین روشنایی مصنوعی محوطه و مقایسه با استاندارد در بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران و وضعیت رضایت کادر درمان از آن انجام شد. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه مقطعی (توصیفی-تحلیلی)، شدت روشنایی عمومی هنگام شب، بر اساس الگوهای پیشنهادی انجمن مهندسین روشنایی آمریکای شمالی با استفاده از دستگاه لوکس‌متر در بیمارستان‌های سینا، امام خمینی (ره) و شریعتی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران، بررسی شد و با مقادیر استاندارد مقایسه گردید. رضایت کادر درمان اورژانس از روشنایی محوطه بیمارستان توسط پرسشنامه‌ی کوتاه محقق ساخته بررسی شد. آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی داده‌ها توسط نرم‌افزار spss، version 22 ارائه گردید. یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه، میانگین و انحراف معیار روشنایی در بیمارستان‌های سینا، امام خمینی (ره) و شریعتی به ترتیب 33.12 ± 47.84، 24.67 ± 54.51 و 6.73 ± 10.87 لوکس به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که ۵۵.۴٪ از کارکنان نوبت شب اظهار کردند از روشنایی محوطه رضایت ندارند. همچنین میانگین روشنایی محوطه کلی بیمارستان‌ها (19/19 لوکس) با استاندارد روشنایی محوطه بیمارستان (50 لوکس) اختلاف معناداری داشت (PV = 0.000). نتیجه گیری: نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد میانگین روشنایی محوطه بیمارستان‌های موردپژوهش به‌طور معنادار از استاندارد روشنایی کمتر بود و لزوم اصلاح سامانه‌های روشنایی تأکید می‌شود.   Introduction: One of the important factors in providing safety and preventing stress in medical staff and patients referred to hospitals at night is the provision of standard lighting in the hospital. This study aims to determine the mean score of area artificial lighting and compare it with the standard in the hospitals of Tehran University of Medical Sciences and the satisfaction of the medical staff. Methods: In this cross-sectional study (descriptive-analytical), the intensity of general lighting at night was checked and compared with standard values based on the proposed models of the North American Society of Lighting Engineers using a lux meter, in Sina, Imam Khomeini, and Shariati hospitals of Tehran University of Medical Sciences. The satisfaction of the emergency medical staff with the lighting of the hospital area was assessed by a short researcher-made questionnaire. Descriptive and analytical statistics of the data were provided by SPSS software, version 22. Results: Based on the results of this study, the mean and standard deviation of lighting in Sina, Imam Khomeini, and Shariati hospitals were 33.12 ± 47.84, 24.67 ± 54.51, and 6.73 ± 10.87, respectively. The results showed that 55.4% of night shift staff were not satisfied with the area lighting. The mean score of lighting of the general hospital area (19.19 lux) was significantly different from the standard of hospital area lighting (50 lux) (PV = 0.000).
