fa ارزیابی برنامه مدیریت شرایط اضطراری در حوزه HSE-MS (مطالعه موردی: شرکت ساخت داشبورد خودرو (راستی کار البرز)) Evaluation of the Emergency Management Conditions Program in HSE-MS: A Case Study on a Car Dashboard Manufacturing Company (Rasti Kar Alborz) HSE HSE پژوهشي Research مقدمه: هدف از این مطالعه بررسی رابطه بین مدیریت شرایط اضطراری در حوزه (HSE _ MS) در شرکت داشبورد سازی راستی کار البرز در استان قزوین میباشد. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی و با رویکرد پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کارکنان شاغل در شرکت راستی کار البرز تشکیل میدادند. با استفاده جدول کریس _ مورگان، 169 نفر با بهره‌گیری از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقهای نسبی به‌عنوان نمونه آماری تحقیق انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های ویژگی‌های جمعیت شناختی، پرسشنامه‌های محقق ساخته مدیریت شرایط اضطراری و مدیریت ایمنی، بهداشت و محیطزیست (HSE _ MS) استفاده شد که روایی آن‌ها توسط اساتید متخصص تأیید شده، و پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها از طریق آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 0/90 و 0/85 برآورد گردید. در تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی (شاخص‌های پراکندگی) و آمار استنباطی (همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون خطی) به‌وسیله نرم‌افزار SPSS18 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد بین مؤلفه‌های سطح درک کارکنان از مدیریت شرایط اضطراری با مدیریت (HSE _ MS) رابطه مثبت و معنیداری وجود دارد (0/19 r: و 0/001 p ≤) و همچنین ضریب رگرسیون برابر با 0/44 است. نتیجه‌گیری: در پژوهش حاضر، توان پیشبینی‌کنندگی و تبیین ابعاد مدیریت (HSE _ MS) برای مؤلفه مدیریت شرایط اضطراری در شرکت انتخابی درحد متوسط است.  ابعاد مدیریت (HSE _ MS) از سطح متوسط بالاتر است. با توجه به اهمیت مدیریت شرایط اضطراری در شرکت و نقش بسزای مدیریت ایمنی، بهداشت و محیطزیست در این زمینه پیشنهاد میشود برنامه‌هایی نظیر برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی برای کارکنان ارائه گردد. Introduction: The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between emergency management in the field of HSE_MS in Rastikar Alborz Dashboard Company in Qazvin province. Method: This was a descriptive study conducted with a survey approach. It was applied, in terms of purpose, and correlational, in terms of method of implementation. The statistical population of the study consisted of employees working in Rastikar Alborz Company. Based on the Chris-Morgan table, 169 people were selected as a statistical sample of the study using the relative class sampling method. In order to collect data, demographic characteristics questionnaires, researcher-made questionnaires on emergency management and safety, health and environmental management (HSE _ MS) were used. Then, they were validated by professors. Confirmation and reliability of the questionnaires were estimated to be 0.90 and 0.85, respectively, through Cronbach's alpha. Descriptive statistics (dispersion indices) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation, linear regression) were used to analyze the data by SPSS18 software. Results: The results of the study indicated that there was a positive and significant relationship between the components of employees' level of perception of emergency management and management (HSE _ MS) {r: 0.19 and p /0 0.001}. The coefficient of regression was also equal to 0.44. Conclusion: Based on this result, the ability to predict and explain the dimensions of management (HSE _ MS) for the emergency management component is moderate, and the dimensions of management (HSE _ MS) were above average.
