fa بررسی فرهنگ ایمنی و ارتباط آن با حوادث ناشی از کار در یک پروژه قطار شهری Survey of Safety Culture and Its Relation to Work-Related Accidents in a City Train Project ایمنی safty پژوهشي Research مقدمه: بیش از 85 درصد حوادث به علت اعمال ناایمن صورت گرفتهاند و علل 85 تا 98 درصد از حوادث شغلی که در اثر رفتار ناایمن رخ میدهند نگرش، رفتار و فرهنگ گزارش شده است. بنابراین هدف این مطالعه، بررسی فرهنگ ایمنی و ارتباط آن با حوادث ناشی از کار در یک پروژه قطار شهری میباشد. روش بررسی: این پژوهش برروی 180 نفر از کارگران قطار شهری صوررت گرفتهاست. جهت جمعآوری دادههای این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی، از پرسشنامه استاندارد شده فرهنگ ایمنی که مشتمل بر 62 سوال مرتبط با 5 حوزه آموزش، محیطکار، اولویت به ایمنی، تبادل اطلاعات و تعهد مدیریت میباشد، استفاده گردید. داده ها به وسیله نرم افزار SPSS20 آنالیز و ارزیابی شدند. یافته ها: میانگین کلی نمره فرهنگ ایمنی در قطار شهری 4/220 بود، که فرهنگ پروژه مثبت ارزیابی میگردد. در بین ابعاد مختلف فرهنگایمنی، کمترین میانگین نمره فرهنگ ایمنی مربوط به بعد محیط کار (5/58 درصد) و بیشترین میانگین نمره فرهنگ ایمنی مربوط به اولویت به ایمنی بود (84 درصد). 7/6 درصد افراد سابقه حادثه داشتند که شایعترین علت حوادث بیاحتیاطی (75 درصد) و بیشترین پیامد حوادث صورتگرفته، آسیبهای سطحی بود (6/66 درصد). بین فرهنگ ایمنی با گروههای سنی و رضایتشغلی رابطه معنیدار وجود داشت (05/0 P <). نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج، اولویت دادن به ایمنی در محیطکار و آموزش از مهمترین عوامل مؤثر در کسب نمره بالای فرهنگ ایمنی پروژه بوده است. از طرفی با توجه به نوع فعالیتکاری، محیطکار به عنوان عامل اصلی کاهش نمره فرهنگ ایمنی مطرح شده است. مهمترین نکته در جلوگیری از حوادث جزئی به وجود آمده و ارتقاء فرهنگ ایمنی، رعایت 5s در محیط کار میباشد. Introduction: More than 85% of accidents are due to unsafety working and causes of 85 to 98% of occupational accidents are perspectives, behavior and culture. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to survey of safety culture and its relation with work-related accidents in an urban train project. Methods: This study was conducted on 180 workers. To collect data, were used a standard safety culture questionnaire that contains 62 questions related to 5 areas of education, work environment, priority to safety, information exchange and commitment management. Data were analyzed by SPSS-20 software. Results: The overall average of safety culture score in the urban train was 2,420, which is a positive project culture. Among the different dimensions of the safety culture, the lowest mean safety culture score was related to the work environment dimension (58.5%) and the highest average was priority to safety (84%). The most common cause of accidents was surface damage (66.6%). There was a significant relationship between safety culture with age groups and job satisfaction (P <0.05). Conclusion: According to the results, prioritizing safety at work and education has been one of the most important factors in achieving a high score on the safety culture of the project. On the other hand, due to the type of work activity, the work environment has been considered as the main factor in reducing the safety culture score.
