fa بررسی رابطه بین رضایت شغلی والدین با سلامت روان کودکان پسر پایه ششم مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان تفت ایمنی safty پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> این پژوهش با هدف </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بررسی رابطه بین رضایت شغلی والدین با سلامت روان کودکان پسر پایه ششم مقطع ابتدایی در سال تحصیلی 1396 </span></span><span style="font-family:sakkal majalla;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> 1395 شهرستان تفت</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> انجام گرفته است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> مطالعه مذکور توصیفی از نوع هبستگی است. بدین گونه که 100 نفر از دانش آموزان پسر در پایه ششم مقطع دبستان با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه&shy;ای چند مرحله&shy;ای انتخاب شدند. والدین نمونه مورد مطالعه پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی را تکمیل کردند و فرزندان آن&shy;ها پرسشنامه </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">سلامت روانی </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">را کامل کردند و بعد نمرات رضایت شغلی والدین (پدر یا مادر) با نمرات سلامت روانی فرزندان آن&shy;ها از طریق ضریب همبستگی پیرسون با استفاده از نرم افزار</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">Spss₂₀</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&nbsp;<strong>یافته&shy; ها:</strong> تجزیه و تحلیل داده&shy;ها نشان داد که بین رضایت شغلی والدین و سلامت روانی فرزندان آن&shy;ها همبستگی وجود دارد. بدین ترتیب که هر چه نمرات رضایت شغلی والدین بالاتر باشد. می&shy;توان نمرات سلامت روانی مطلوبتری را برای فرزندان آن&shy;ها انتظار داشت. </span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> با توجه به نتیجه پژوهش مبنی بر رابطه بین رضایت شغلی والدین و سلامت روانی فرزندان، می&shy;توان به برنامه&shy;ریزان و مدیران بخش&shy;های صنعت، خدمات و کشاورزی توصیه کرد با آموختن روش&shy;ها و سبک&shy;های مدیریتی کارآمد و مبتنی بر بهبود روابط انسانی در سازمان&shy;ها نسبت به رضایت شغلی کارکنان خود مسولانه&shy;تر و متعهدانه عمل کنند، زیرا رضایت شغلی کارکنان آن&shy;ها بر سلامت روانی خود و فرزندانشان موثر است. </span></span></span> <strong>Introduction</strong>: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between parents&#39; job satisfaction and mental health of male children in the sixth grade of the elementary school in Taft.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: The study is a descriptive type of correlation. As a sample of 100 male students at the sixth grade of elementary school were selected by a multistage cluster random sampling method. The parents of the sample completed the job satisfaction questionnaire and their children completed the mental health questionnaire. Then, the job satisfaction scores of parents (father or mother) with mental health scores of their children were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient using SPSS software 20.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: Data analysis showed that there is a correlation between the parents&#39; job satisfaction and the mental health of their children. Better mental health scores are expected for children whose parents had higher job satisfaction.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: According to the results based on the relationship between parents&#39; job satisfaction and mental health of male children, the planners and managers of the industry, services and agriculture sectors can be recommended to learn efficient management methods and styles based on improving human relationships in organizations in order to be more responsible and committed to their employees&#39; job satisfaction since it is directly related to the mental health رضایت شغلی والدین, سلامت روانی فرزندان Mental Health of Children, Parents' Job Satisfaction 1.
